On October 24, the foyer of the Juozas Miltinis Drama Theatre in Panevėžys will host REVIVE’26 – a one-day sustainable fashion festival dedicated to the ideas, experiments and responsible approach to fashion of young creators. Taking place for the second year, the festival will invite audiences to look at fashion through the lens of magic and transformation.
The theme of this year’s festival is SPELLS.
The creative process itself becomes a spell: what has been forgotten can become something new, what once seemed unnecessary can be given a second life, and a garment can transform from a simple object into a story. REVIVE’26 aims to show that sustainable fashion is not only about the choice of materials or reusing clothes. It is also about creative freedom, experimentation, the ability to shift perspectives and the search for new forms.
The festival will bring together young fashion creators, students, designers, textile enthusiasts and curious audiences. Fashion, textiles, theatre, music and contemporary creativity will come together in one space. The programme will feature creative workshops, talks and discussions, with the festival culminating in a fashion show presenting the work of young creators, followed by an awards ceremony.
REVIVE’26 also aims to provide a platform for the emerging generation of creators – a space to experiment, explore responsible fashion and develop their own relationship with clothing, its history and its future.
This year’s festival jury includes SFWV representatives Serge Gandzumian and Indrė Jakaitytė, Dainius Bendikas, Aleksandras Pogrebnojus and Marija Petraitytė.
