October 25 6 p.m. The "FLUXUS iš Panveže" exhibition of the Panevėžys Fotograph Society is opening in the open-air exhibition space. Fluxus "movement has <...> tasks: to provoke the viewer, not to put up with the routine of politics and culture, it invites to be spontaneous, to laugh and smile, to look more cheerfully at the most serious things."

Pragiedruliai is a cultural and open-minded creative center in Panevėžys. The concept is based on the co-creation strategy and the personality of Čerkesas Besparnis.
